GINA Group (GINA Walkie-talkie) is a product solution for retail and hotel. It can be the keeper of your teamwork. The user, who is the manager of the retail or hotel, can send, read and listen to the group messages and assign tasks using speech-to-text to staff. It is easy to use and saves much of your time. Moreover, the GINA Group service can be installed and deployed to all devices, such as smartphones, iPad, and smartwatches. Also, it can be used cross-platform via Line and Messenger to send missions to each other.
In addition, it can support recording staff working hours instead of staff punching. Finally, this solution helps to collect the data from the front service to the management system. 
For this product, I am a planner to plan the product scope, architecture, and features with the Product Manager, and I am responsible for coordinating and discussing with the UX designer and the developing team. On the other hand, I supported the UI design, VUI design work, and a marketing demo video. From this project, I have learned how to plan a product solution and how to coordinate with cross-functional teams. I also completed a patent for this product solution. (Patent No. US011315574B2)
